In 2009, then-Gov. Jennifer Granholm announced that the state could no longer afford to keep the Michigan State Fairgrounds open. Since then, many proposals have been made for the fairgrounds, including one by Earvin "Magic" Johnson. Curt Guyette of Metro Times stops by the studio to discuss the current state of those proposals and what is on the horizon for the fairgrounds.
