Mayor Bing Considers Changes To Towing In Detroit

Mayor Dave Bing recently said that he is considering increasing towing and storage fees and hiring a private company to manage towing in Detroit. This has angered owner's of towing companies, who say the changes could cost them thousands of dollars. Craig speaks with Julie Semma and Barry Foster, Co-Chairs of the Detroit Authorized Towing Association(DATA), about the proposed changes to the cities' towing industry and how it could affect towing companies in Detroit.
