The legend of Nain Rouge (Red Dwarf) goes back the times when Chippewas still lived in and around Detroit. Legend has it that Antoine de la Monde Cadillac offended the Nain Rouge, which resulted in the great catastrophes of Detroit's past, like the fire of 1874.
The Marche du Nain Rouge is a day of events, aimed at fostering a harmony that will dissolve the power of the Red Dwarf, who is said to gain power each time an evil act is committed.
Craig speaks with the event's founder, Francis Grunow, and organizer, Peter VanDyke.
'Marche' events will take place in the Cass Corridor on Sunday, March 25th. For more details, click here.
