In February, Macomb County Executive Mark Hackel sued the Macomb County Board of Commissioners after the Board gave itself power of review over county contracts valued above $35,000. The court ruled in favor of Hackel in May and the Board of Commissioners has decided to appeal. Craig talks with Macomb County Board of Commissioners Chair Kathy Vosburg about the lawsuit and their decision to appeal the courts decision.
