State legislators begin a two-week Spring break today. It’s been a busy year already for lawmakers at the state Capitol. The state Legislature has approved insurance coverage for autism treatments, repealed a long-standing motorcycle helmet law, and begun kicking around proposals for the upcoming state budget.
