Laura Murphy, director of the ACLU Washington Legislative Office, will speak with Craig about a talk she is giving in Dearborn about racial profiling. In her address, Murphy will discuss The Three Faces of Racial Profiling, including the historical “driving while black or brown” profiling, the post-9/11 paranoia profiling and the profiling of 11 million undocumented immigrants due to newly implemented deportation policies.
