These days you can spot the word ‘Vegan’ on anything from cheese-flavored soy products to Michigan freeway billboards. In Detroit and across the country, the lifestyle is gaining momentum. On Sunday January 6 the very first vegan cooking show “How to Live to 100” premiered on the Cooking Chanel, hosted by Native Detroiter and plant-based chef Jason Wrobel. He spoke to WDET’s Martina Guzman about how to make the transition from Meat-eater to vegetable-guru.
