Foreigners Can Invest in Metro Detroit in Exchange for Green Card

U.S. Department of Homeland Security

A program sponsored in part by the Department of Homeland Security, is opening in Detroit. The Detroit Immigrant Investor Regional Center will help foreign investors who want to invest in Metro Detroit get a green card. For an investment of at least $500,000 the center will work with the investor and the Department of Homeland Security to secure a green card.
