The 1991 Canada-United States Air Quality Agreement details a plan to minimize trans-boundary air pollution. Achievements in both countries to meet Agreement goals are described in the Air Quality Agreement Progress Report 2010, which can be found here. The International Joint Commission is inviting the public to comment on both countries' progress, based on this evaluation. In this segment, Craig speaks with the Spokesperson for the International Joint Commission, Frank Bevacqua. What do you think, do we make the grade?
