Lynne Savino is a semi-finalist for the Hatch Detroit's Retail Competition. Her proposal is for a new restaurant in partnership with Kurt Cieszkowski and Dave Knapp called, Alley Wine. One of the restaurant highlights is an international wine-list. Savio talks with Craig about the project.
