Craig speaks to callers about the Halliburton Energy Service pleading guilty to destroying evidence. Halliburton designed and built the BP oil well that exploded in the gulf of Mexico in 2010. The explosion killed 11 people and spilled millions of gallons of oil into the gulf. Halliburton recommended building the well with 21 centralizer, but instead only used 6 and destroyed any evidence that suggested otherwise. Halliburton plead guilty and reached a plea deal, three years of probation and $200,000 fine. They also chose to make a 55 million dollar contribution to the National Fish and Wildlife Foundation.

Do you believe Halliburton has been fairly punished for destroying the evidence?
