For The Seventh Generation Matches Donors With Foster Children

Craig speaks with Lorraine Weber, Executive Director of For The Seventh Generation, and Sonya Mastick, owner of The Lesson Rooms in Royal Oak, about For The Seventh Generation and their new "Play It Forward!" program. For The Seventh Generation was founded as partnership between the Detroit Metropolitan Bar Association Foundation, the 3rd Judicial Circuit Court and the Department of Human Services and helps provide children in foster care with essential goods and services that aren't available by any other means. For The Seventh Generation uses a web application to match donors of goods and services with children in need.

For The Seventh Generation will launch the new "Play It Forward!" program on June 30. The program will provide music lessons and instruments to 20 foster children for one year.
