Craig speaks with Paul Ryan, Chair of the Michigan Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve, about what his agency is doing to help National Guard members and Reservists and their employers. They discuss the different challenges these service members face compared to those in active-duty and how their employers deal with them being called away from their jobs to serve their country.
