The Chevy Volt won the "Car of the Year" Award at the Geneva Auto Show. However, at the same time, GM is halting production on the vehicle temporarily due to poor sales. Craig speaks with Michelle Krebs, Senior Analyst at Edmunds.com, who just returned from the Geneva Auto Show about the present and future status of the electric car as well as the European reception of hybrids.
