Detroit Works Project comes to WDET to update listeners on the short and long term plans. Craig is joined by Dan Pitera, Detroit Works Project Long Term Planning Civic Engagement Lead and Sandra Turner Handy, a Process Leader for the Project.

Detroit Works is holding a series a community engagement events for its Long Term Planning collaborative. The meetings are focused on developing a framework or roadmap for Detroit that will be used as a tool for future decision-making by neighborhood groups, city government, businesses, and nonprofits.
