Detroit's Strays: How Many Dogs Really Roam the Streets?

They say 3,000 is a more accurate number. Tom McPhee, Executive Director and Founder of the WAAS, and Deborah MacDonald, the chief investigator for the Michigan Humane Society, join Craig to discuss their findings.
