The Detroit Free Press has an article today illustrating just how severe the city's finances are. Mayor Bing recently announced that if things do not change fast, the City of Detroit will be bankrupt by April. The Mayor made a call for an emergency financial manager, but City Council President Charles Pugh says the city does not need an EFM. What do you think?
