Free Press Reporter Steve Neavling joins Craig to share the details of the story he first reported in the Free Press: Due to mismanaged funds and corruption, the Department of Human Services will dissolve later this year. The Free Press reported that $55 million of funds will be reverted back to the Federal Government because funds for the early education Head Start program were used to buy a car and appliances.
