Detroit City Council Overrides Mayor Bing's Budget Veto

Last week, Mayor Dave Bing vetoed the Detroit City Council's budget. Yesterday, Monday, June 6th, the Council over-rode the Mayor's veto to reinstate the cuts. This morning we hear from Detroit City Council President Pro Tem, Gary Brown, about that bold decision. Should the council have respected the Mayor's veto, or is it best that they reinstated the cuts? What do you think?
