Detroit City Council Overrides Mayor Bing's Budget Veto

Last week, Mayor Dave Bing vetoed the Detroit City Council's budget. Yesterday, Monday, June 6th, the Council over-rode the Mayor's veto to reinstate the cuts. This morning we hear from Detroit City Council President Pro Tem, Gary Brown, about that bold decision.
