The City of Detroit recently made the announcement that some precincts throughout the city would close daily between the hours of 4:00PM and 8:00AM. While the move could help with balancing the city's budget, many residents are worried about the long term effects. Deputy Police Chief James Tolbert speaks with Craig about the city's decision.
