Congress is spending the next year-and-a-half crafting the next Farm Bill. This massive piece of legislation is passed every five years…and covers everything from farm subsidies and conservation to nutrition programs. Michigan Senator Debbie Stabenow chairs the committee in charge of the bill. She joined WDET’s Noah Ovshinsky at the Mackinac Policy Conference to discuss how the bill will affect Michigan and its citizens.
