The Citizens Research Council of Michigan (CRC) recently released a report which found an increasing trend of policy advocates targeting the constitution through amendments in initiative efforts, rather than attempting to create law. Craig speaks with Eric Lupher, the CRC's Director of Local Affairs, about this trend and what it means for Michigan and it's constitution.
