Congress Cuts Great Lakes Program Budgets

Congress recently passed a bill that the Healing Our Waters-Great Lakes Coalition says cuts funding for Great Lakes restoration programs drastically. Craig sits down with Jeff Skelding of the Coalition to dive deeper into some of the specifications of this bill asking the question, "Yes but does this bill even stand a chance?"
