Jerry Belanger is a restorer in the City of Detroit. He bought a building in Grand Circus Park in 2004 and started a three phase restoration that began with Cliff Bell’s (which he now leases), then the development of the Park Bar (which he operates). Just recently he has completed the final phase in the development of a performing art space on the second floor above the Park Bar and Cliff Bell’s.

Jerry speaks with Craig about living in Detroit, restoring old buildings and the debut performance at the Park Bar theater space.
