Wednesday, July 16, 2014

Life Remodeled has a mission to build houses for people in need or in communities that need help. Last year the non-profit organization decided to do something a whole community could rally behind. LR says the new model became clear, and it decided that each summer they will remodel a school in Detroit and beautify the surrounding neighborhoods in order to create safe and inspirational pathways for kids traveling to and from school. Chris Lambert: Founder and President, Life Remodeled tells Craig that they are often asked, “Why Cody?”? He says the answer is simple: Need + Hope. Michelle Parker: Principal, Medicine and Community Health Academy, Cody High School and Calvin Norman; Head Football Coach, Cody High School also join the conversation.
