In March, the 36th District Court launched an initiative to aggressively collect the $250 million owed to the City of Detroit for fees and costs related to civil infractions, misdemeanor traffic and drunken-driving violations. Craig sits down with 36th District Chief Judge Kenneth King to discuss the court's new aggressive approach and his role in the crackdown.
