Camilo Pardo Art Exhibit "Fuel Injection" Opens This Weekend

Camilo Pardo worked with Ford's Advance Design Studio for over 20 years. He is best known for the creation of the Ford GT40 Concept which started a trend of reinterpreting American classic sportscars from the past.

Camilo has been a well-recognized artist in Detroit and internationally for over 25 years and most recently began to receive significant critical-acclaim for his industrial design, painting, furniture and fashion design. He has been compared to Andy Warhol because of some of the crazy parties that he throws in his art studio space. With the downsizing of the auto-industry, Camilo has transitioned from working for Ford to working on his own art. This summer he will be showing a Solo Art Exhibition entitled "Fuel Injection," at the 323 East Gallery, Royal Oak Michigan. There will be an opening Saturday, June 11 from 6:00pm-10:00pm.
