Craig speaks with Rick Pluta of the Michigan Public Radio Network about the recent court decision to deactivate Highland Park schools' emergency financial manager, Jack Martin. The judge ruled against the emergency manager based on findings that the Open Meetings Law was violated. The district may not be able to make payroll and the schools may close next week.
