Craig speaks with Bruce Katz, Vice President at the Brookings Institution and founding Director of the Brookings Metropolitan Policy Program, about how to improve Michigan's infrastructure and why they want the federal government to "Do Less, Better." They discuss his infrastructure recommendations for the Obama administration, which includes establishing a federal public-private partnerships unit to create an attractive environment for private investment in infrastructure projects and exempting Private Activity Bonds from the Alternative Minimum Tax.
