Issues in Contemporary Islam: The American Black Muslim and Muslims from Around the Globe

Saeed Khan and civil rights attorney Arsalan Iftikhar join Craig to discuss one of the topics to be explored at the upcoming 2nd Annual Diversity Forum: Strength Through Diversity. The Michigan Muslim Community Council and the Islamic Society of North America have partnered up to host the forum, June 29-30 at the Islamic Center of America.

The forum will feature several speakers throughout the weekend, including a community conversation led by Craig that will take place Friday. The African American History 101 Mobile Museum, which includes original writings of Malcolm X, will also be displayed for the weekend.
