
Matty Moroun's Detroit International Bridge Comapny (DIBC) has been ousted from controlling the Gateway project. Judge Prentis Edwards ruled yesterday that the Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) will finish the project and DIBC must pay an initial fee of $17 million.
