Michigan 2020: New Bill to Pay for All High School Grads to go to College?

The Michigan 2020 Plan claims it will pay for college tuition for all Michigan high school graduates. The plan is being proposed by Senate Democratic Leader Gretchen Whitmer. WDET's Laura Weber discusses the plan with Whitmer, including the currently-available opportunity for high school seniors to win $10,000 in a bill-promoting video competition. The bill is expected to be introduced in Congress later this week.
