The Progressive Underground Show 225: Charivari Detroit Festival Edition

Charivari Detroit

This installment of the Progressive Underground is a special Charivari Detroit 2017 edition as Charivari Detroit founders Todd Johnson, Theresa Hill and Grant Gray touch down in the WDET studios to give a detailed overview about this year’s festival detailing the DJ lineup, new features, and attendees expect to see and hear.  We also feature music from many of the Charivari participants including Peter Croce, Alton Miller, Maurissa Guzman, Terrence Parker, Mike Huckaby, Rick Wilhite, Delano Smith, and many more!

We also interview Cinema Detroit’s Paula Guthat about the film Detroit ‘67 and its impact on moviegoers.  We go from 8-10 pm EST on 101.9 WDET and wdet.org.
