SCOTUS Nominee Gorsuch and His Auto Industry-Related Rulings

Is he geared toward industry or consumers?

The U.S. Senate could vote this week on confirmation of the next Supreme Court Justice: President Trump’s Nominee Neil Gorsuch. But the vote is not expected to come easily.

Senate Democrats say they have enough votes for a filibuster, which could disrupt the confirmation proceedings.

As an Appellate Court Judge for the 10th Circuit, Neil Gorsuch heard several cases involving the auto industry. 

Warner, Norcross and Judd Law Firm Partner, Brian Wassom,  argued one of those cases. Wassom tells WDET’s Amy Miller he was impressed with how Gorsuch handled the case.
