Michigan Chronicle Moves Back Home to Paradise Valley

The Michigan Chronicle is moving its headquarters to Detroit’s Paradise Valley neighborhood.

The Michigan Chronicle and its parent company Real Times Media are moving their headquarters to the downtown area. The building is located in the historic business district of Paradise Valley near where the African-American publication first opened its doors in 1936. WDET’s Bre’Anna Tinsley spoke with Hiram Jackson, the CEO of Real Times Media and Publisher of the Michigan Chronicle. He spoke about what it meant for the newspaper to return home.
