So what is right-to-work legislation? Does it create jobs? Is it fair to all union and non-union workers? Is it a tool to weaken unions, or to encourage them to compete for a worker's money and support? Marick Masters is the director of Labor@Wayne, and a professor of business at Wayne State University. WDET's Pat Batcheller talked with Masters about the impact of Michigan's move to a "right-to-work" state.
