The U-S Supreme Court begins hearing arguments Monday on the legality of the Affordable Healthcare Act, which critics refer to as “Obamacare”. Justices have set aside the next three days to hear the pros and cons. To get a sense of what may happen, WDET's Pat Batcheller spoke with Robert Sedler, Distinguished Professor of Law here at Wayne State and an expert on Constitutional cases.

WDET will have more reports this week as Justices consider the Affordable Healthcare Act, including special coverage from NPR News starting at 8:00 tonight.
