A $1-million federal grant is going to be used to remove the Wayne Dam on the lower River Rouge. The goal of removing the dam is to allow native fish species easier access to the Great Lakes, as well as attracting visitors to the area. Sally Patrella of Friends of the Rouge spoke with WDET's Pat Batcheller about what they hope will happen at the site.
