Governor Rick Snyder appointed Macomb County Chief Circuit Court Judge David Viviano to the Michigan Supreme Court on Wednesday. Viviano will fill the remaining term of Diane Hathaway, who resigned and pleaded guilty to a fraud charge in an illegal short-sale of property she owns.
