The Michigan-Ohio State game used to determine the Big Ten college football championship. But unless Iowa upsets Nebraska on Friday, neither the Wolverines nor the Buckeyes will win the conference this year. U-M lost to Nebraska, and OSU is on probation, and can't play in the title game.
