The Tigers’quest for another American League Central Division title reaches a critical point this weekend. The Chicago White Sox are in town for a three-game series that begins tonight at Comerica Park. The Sox are in first place in the division. It’s been a good year for the South Siders after a losing season last year. I asked White Sox beat writer Mark Gonzalez of the Chicago Tribune to list some of the reasons for the team’s turnaround.
