Governor Snyder wants Michigan to be able to collect online sales taxes. The move hopes to make Michigan businesses more competitive with online retailers, as well as gaining revenue from online purchases. Robert Fowler is the President and CEO for the Small Business Association of Michigan. He speaks with WDET's Pat Batcheller about how this potential legislation could help the state.
