Details of Consent Agreement On The Way

March 13, 2012

Governor Snyder's office is expected to present details Tuesday of a proposed consent agreement between the state and the City of Detroit. It's expected to outline the steps Mayor Dave Bing and the city council must take to keep him from appointing an emergency financial manager for Detroit. Quinn talked about it with Pat Batcheller during Morning Edition on WDET. Click the audio link above to hear the conversation.
