This weekend’s outbreak of violence in Detroit is on everyone’s mind…28 people were shot between Friday and Monday…seven died. WDET wants to know what each individual in the area is willing to do to change the equation. We’re talking to newsmakers, changemakers, and you. The issue may come up during an on-line town hall meeting Wednesday afternoon…hosted by Detroit City Council President Charles Pugh. WDET’s Pat Batcheller asked Pugh whether this is another way people can make a positive change. Click the audio link above to hear the conversation.
The Town Hall will be available via Skype, facebook, Twitter, and YouTube. To learn more, visit Pugh's web site.
