The Craig Fahle Show
Discussing the issues and ideas important to metropolitan Detroit, host Craig Fahle talks with the newsmakers, people making a difference in our community, and WDET listeners. |
On Tuesday, December 20th - the first day of Hanukkah - local Jewish organizations put on what may have been Detroit’s first public menorah lighting. The Shul and the Jewish Federation of Metropolitan Detroit's Community Next were among the key organizers of this event, which featured a six and a half foot ice carving of a menorah. WDET Reporter Laura Herberg was in attendance and sends this audio postcard – a montage of voices and sounds taken from the event.
