If Governor Rick Snyder appoints an emergency financial manager for Detroit, that person’s decisions could have ripple effects across all of southeast Michigan. That includes Oakland County, arguably, the most prosperous part of the region. WDET's J. Carlisle Larsen asked Oakland County Executive L.
