Congressman Thaddeus McCotter says he’ll leave it to the Secretary of State and the Attorney General to determine whether someone committed fraud in gathering petition signatures for him. The Livonia Republican will not appear on the August primary ballot, because most of the names that were turned in were ruled invalid, leaving him far short of the number needed to qualify. McCotter tells WDET’s Pat Batcheller that it’s a delicate situation. Click on the audio link above to hear the conversation.
