A Wayne County Judge has ruled the Metro Airport governing board violated the Open Meetings Act during deliberations over the hiring of former CEO Turkia Mullin.
Mullin was hired as CEO of the airport in September. She was fired in late October…weeks after it was discovered that she received a 200-thousand dollar severance package when she left a development job with Wayne County.
