Focus:HOPE is Eleanor Josaitis' Lasting Legacy

Eleanor Josaitis co-founded Focus:HOPE with Rev. William Cunningham after the 1967 riot in Detroit, to help people escape poverty. Since then, an estimated 11,000 people have received food and job training help, along with many other services. Thousands have also volunteered for the agency. William Jones is the CEO of Focus:HOPE. He shared his memories of Eleanor Josaitis with WDET's Pat Batcheller. Click the audio link above to hear the conversation.
