How would a disaster such as a tornado or a terrorist attack affect an election in Michigan? The response to Superstorm Sandy could provide some insight. The storm hit the east coast just days before the presidential election in November. Michigan Secretary of State Ruth Johnson has been named to a nationwide task force that will look at what worked…and what didn’t…in ensuring people could vote in the aftermath of Sandy.
